We should concentrate on changing behavior before trying changing any customer attitude.

Trying to change attitude is hard and expensive for the brands.

When your brand and competing brands focus on persuading the customer to change the attitude, the customer overwhelmed with messages has only one choice: to defend the current attitudes he has.

I believe a strategist should have a single objective: find solutions not big ideas. Solutions that will change the behavior of customers.

For that reason I always work on creating unique and boutique strategic solutions by keeping in mind the individuality and specific needs of each of my clients.
